the leflar Foundation
The Leflar Foundation originated from the late Eva Leflar out of her desire to provide opportunities to those who didn’t have those opportunities available to them. Eva’s love of the arts incited her to share with assistance to young people in the community.
Eva also provided funding assistance for deserving students in the form of education bursaries. Her goal was to help those who she believed would wisely benefit. It was always satisfying to see beneficiaries give back to the community.

grant Application
The Leflar Foundation mission is to help children and youth in the Owen Sound and Grey/Bruce county area. The Foundation offer financial support to non-profit, charitable organizations that provide opportunities or services to children in our area in recreational, educational, cultural and medical endeavors. The goal is to assist disadvantaged children and youth, in order that they may participate in activities or obtain services that they might not otherwise have access to.
