Letter from OSCVI
Dear Mr. Frizzell,
We held commencement on Thanksgiving weekend again this year. It was the best attended ceremony we have held in the past five years. The Valedictorian did a very inspirational speech about ‘hope’ to honour the Class of 2013.
This year the Foundation assisted:
- a twin who had some financial setbacks when he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
- a wonderful boy who was adopted and will be the first to attend University
- a female who turned things around to get in to the College of her choice
- a female who has a father who is terminally ill
The cheques and the kindness behind them, overwhelmed these students.
On behalf of the staff, students and their families, we thank you for your part in helping these young people fulfill their dreams. Eva continues to touch so many lives through her Foundation.
